Many routes to success

Our graduate programme assigns successful candidates to dynamic and challenging roles in an individual business unit for a period of 12 to 24 months. Right from day one, you will be responsible and accountable for significant deliverables, and work within a diverse team, alongside experts in their field.

To date, graduates have been assigned to a variety of challenging roles across the business within Commercial, Strategy and Regulation, Marketing, Asset Management and Development, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Business Intelligence and HSSE (Health Safety, Security and the Environment).

Developing you on your way

At DAA we know that exceptional people demand exceptional development. At the DAA, we offer a two-year structured development programme aimed at building solid foundations for a long-term career. Specifically, this programme provides core skills training (effective presentations, business writing etc.), a dedicated senior mentor from within the business, and the opportunity for rotation across the business.  Overall, the programme is aimed at ensuring an accelerated pace of development for the future leaders of our business.
