EUR600,000,000 6.5872 per cent. notes due 2018 of DAA Finance plc,guaranteed by Dublin Airport Authority plc (ISIN:XS0375220588)

David Dilger, chairman of Dublin Airport Authority plc (“DAA”) and DAA Finance plc (“DAAF”), has informed DAA and DAAF of his intention to resign from the boards of both companies. Mr Dilger has resigned so as to afford more time to his broad range of other interests. His resignation takes effect from 31 May 2011.

DAA has acknowledged the significant role played by Mr. Dilger, including the successful completion of the Terminal 2 project, and thanked him for his contribution as chairman of the Group over the course of the past two years.
