Credit Rating Upgrade

Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services (“S&P”) today raised daa plc’s (“daa”) long term corporate credit rating to ‘A-‘ from ‘BBB+’ and reaffirmed the ‘A-2’ short-term corporate credit rating. The outlook is stable.

In addition, S&P raised the issue rating on daa finance plc’s €549,650,000 6.5872 per cent. notes due 2018, guaranteed by daa, to ‘A-‘ from ‘BBB+’.
