Changes in Directors

The Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, Dr Leo Varadkar TD, has appointed Conor Swords to the board of Dublin Airport Authority plc (“DAA”) with effect from 1 January 2013.

Thomas Guilfoyle ceased to be a member of the board of DAA with effect from 31 December 2012 consequent upon the transfer of his employment to Shannon Airport Authority plc on the occasion of the separation of Shannon airport from DAA.

As previously announced, Kevin Toland joined the board of DAA with effect from 1 January 2013, the date from which his appointment as chief executive of DAA became effective.  He also joined the board of DAA Finance plc with effect from 1 January 2013.   Oliver Cussen, Interim Chief Executive of DAA pending the appointment of a permanent chief executive, stepped down from the boards of DAA and DAA Finance plc at the end of 2012.
