Appointment of Auditors

Following a recent tender for audit services, Deloitte has been appointed as auditors of DAA Finance plc (the “Company”), its parent company, Dublin Airport Authority plc (“DAA”) and other subsidiaries of DAA (the “Subsidiaries”).

KPMG, pursuant to Section 185 of the Companies Act 1990, has indicated that it is resigning from the office of auditor to the Company, DAA and its Subsidiaries as and from August 20 2012.

KPMG confirmed that there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation that it considers should be brought to the notice of the members or creditors of the Company, DAA or the Subsidiaries.
