Interim DAA Chief Executive

The Board of Dublin Airport Authority plc (“DAA”) has announced the appointment of Oliver Cussen as Chief Executive on an interim basis.

In this capacity, Mr. Cussen becomes an ex officio member of the Board of DAA. The process to recruit a permanent Chief Executive of DAA is underway.

Mr. Cussen, who is the current Deputy Chief Executive and Company Secretary of DAA, replaces Declan Collier following the conclusion of Mr. Collier’s seven-year tenure as Chief Executive. Mr. Collier also steps down from the boards of DAA and DAA Finance plc.

The changes take immediate effect.
