Share Acquisition

The Aer Rianta International Group, the business owned by Dublin Airport Authority plc, which operates airport shopping outlets internationally, yesterday completed the acquisition of a further 50% shareholding in CTC-ARI (Holdings) Limited from its Cypriot partner, Ermes Department Stores plc, a member of the Shacolas Group.

Details of the purchase were announced on 30 May 2014.
