Protected Disclosure Reports

Section 22 of the Protected Disclosures Act 2014, as amended, requires the submission of certain information to the Minister and the publication of a report each year setting out the number of protected disclosures reports made to daa in the preceding year and the action taken, if any. The report must not enable the identification of persons involved.
