I'm responsible for Talent Management, Development and Succession Planning, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Staff Surveys and Skills Training. I have worked in multiple business units and disciplines over the years. I've had lots of opportunities to stretch, develop and contribute, and feel part of something that makes a difference.
Robert O'Regan, Airside/Aviation Safety Compliance Manager
I am responsible for setting and leading the airside safety compliance activities for Dublin and Cork airports. This role provides me with a great overview of the dynamic nature of both airports, the quantum of activity ongoing at present, and the challenges of developing to meet our growing needs. daa is a diverse, fast paced company with great opportunities to learn.
Maureen O’Hara, Solicitor, Legal Affairs
I work in the legal department in daa and while it might sound like a cliché, there is really no typical working day. I advise on something new every day and it's the variety of work and breadth of experience that always amazes me. I look forward to coming into work. It's a place where you feel part of something bigger and that you're contributing towards a better Ireland.
Sinead Gallagher, IT Service Delivery Manager
The role of IT Service Delivery Manager is very exciting. We are responsible for the management and support of the day-to-day IT operational activities, including planning, reporting and escalation processes. We ensure the IT team are following ITIL's best practice and we are there to support the business as best we can. Working as part of a friendly, supportive and dynamic team is the best part of my job.
Julie-Ann Bollard, Talent Acquisition Partner
The beauty about working in an airport city is that pivoting careers into various industries is very accessible under one company. I began in daa in 2004 in ARI Retail and moved in 2015 to HR Advisor, Employee Experience Manager & Talent Acquisition Partner, among other significant projects. I’ve met lifelong friends here that are always willing to help and go the extra mile for each other.

As the training specialist for daa, I get to work with a wide group of fantastic people that are exceptionally dedicated to ensuring everyone in the business is fully trained for their job. My job is to provide the business with the right tools to achieve that goal. What’s great about working at daa is the variety in each role and the opportunity to grow and reinvent yourself. I work as a Reward Specialist within the HR department, where I am responsible for global mobility and benefits. I enjoy having the opportunity to strategically enhance our benefits portfolio. I also manage global mobility which exposes me to various facets of our international business operations. I am constantly learning new things, with each day presenting new challenges and opportunities.

Having joined the daa team in 2021 as Group Head of Sustainability, I am proud to be a part of the journey that we are taking to create a more sustainable aviation industry. I work with the excellent teams at Dublin and Cork Airports and with colleagues around the world. This is an exciting environment to work in, at the cutting edge of sustainability in a vital sector.
Silviu Vlad Stroilescu, WSO Roster Analyst
I have embraced the dynamic environment of Dublin Airport for the past seven years. I have evolved from working in partnership with the daa to my current role as WSO Roster Analyst. As a dedicated member of the daa community I am responsible for delivering efficient workforce scheduling and analysis to support Dublin Airport’s developing operational requirements.
Kacey Sheridan, Communications Content Specialist
My role in employee communications is interesting because I get to work with all corners or the business. I support the executive team and their business units with communicating with their employees. It is quite a creative role as we produce a lot of video content and are always challenging ourselves to find new ways to share our story.

I work as a data analyst for WSO. I enjoy my role at daa because I get the opportunity to deliver insights and critical information that supports decision making in the management of the daa workforce. I like the variety of challenges that the role brings, meaning I get to collaborate with different people and units across the business. I find this very exciting and rewarding.

I have been with the daa Group since 2009 and have been lucky to work in most areas of the business in my time here. My favourite part of my role is the variety I get as I work on the financial planning and capital investment across the whole group. Daa is an exciting place to build and progress your career in.
